About Online Sessions
How do online therapy sessions actually work?

All sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, similar to a video call but fully encrypted and private. You simply need a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. Anil will send you everything you need to join your session in advance.

The free 20-minute consultation is a relaxed, confidential conversation, not an assessment or commitment of any kind. It is simply an opportunity for you to share a little about what you are looking for, ask any questions you have, and get a feel for whether working with Anil feels right for you.
