All sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, similar to a video call but fully encrypted and private. You simply need a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. Anil will send you everything you need to join your session in advance.

Anil aims to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and will work with you to find an appointment time that suits your schedule as quickly as possible.
This varies enormously depending on the individual, the presenting concern and the type of support. Some clients find significant benefit in a relatively short period; others choose to engage in longer-term work. Anil will discuss this openly with you from the outset and review progress with you on an ongoing basis, there is no fixed commitment required.
